I was not a competitor, or a volunteer, or even a particularly outdoors oriented person. Yet regardless of that, I could not for a moment fail to realise and respect the huge investment of time, effort and, most importantly, passion that all those involved put into the Turas.

My hearty congratulations to you all for pulling it off in such fine form. Best wishes for next year, and maybe you could even swing a dry Saturday night for the closing party next year
